Group Meditation
Meditation is the ultimate mind-body relaxation therapy. When we meditate, we promote far-reaching and long-lasting benefits into our lives. We lower our stress levels, we get to know our emotions, pain, and joy. We connect better with ourselves and others, we improve our focus, and we become more compassionate, resilient to stress, and peaceful.
We offer guided meditation in small, intimate and confidential groups of up to six people. Our meditations range from full body relaxation, mantra, visualisation, breathwork, and much more to trigger the release and healing from stress, trauma, depression, grief and loss, sleep disorders, anxiety and many other modern day dis-eases.
